Jennifer Fravel

Rooted in faith and grounded in family, I’m a wife, a mom, and a firm believer that the best moments in life are often the simplest; slow mornings with coffee in hand, time spent with the people (and animals) I love most, and creating a home and life that feels intentional.

I have a deep love for travel and new experiences, but no matter where life takes me, my heart is always centered on building meaningful connections and living with purpose.

My wellness journey began over a decade ago, opening the door to a more natural, non-toxic way of living. What started as a personal passion has grown into a calling of helping others make simple, sustainable swaps that support their health, their homes, and their families.

At the core of everything I do is a desire to serve and uplift my community. I believe in meeting people where they are, offering encouragement without pressure, and creating spaces that feel welcoming, inspiring, and real. One Drop Refillery is a reflection of everything that matters most to me.

Living well doesn’t have to be complicated, it’s built in the small choices we make every day… one drop at a time.

How One Drop Came to Life

I used to think opening a business would be as simple as signing a lease, turning a key, and welcoming people in.

The reality was a little different. When we first stepped into this space, it was clear it had been well-loved a very long time ago — decades of dust, layers of wear, and the daunting question of where to even start.

We spent an entire weekend tearing up thirty-year-old carpet and saying a firm goodbye to whatever was living in it. We pulled out dated fixtures, opened up walls to a few surprises from decades past, and debated paint colors far longer than I care to admit. For a few weeks there, we were finding construction dust on practically everything we owned.

But somewhere in the chaos, the vision started to take shape. When the new floors went in, the whole room changed.

Piece by piece, the space began to feel warmer, lighter, more intentional. We scoured Facebook Marketplace for homey, functional pieces that carried a story of their own,  much like the building itself.

One Drop Refillery was never meant to be just a store. It's a reflection of a journey toward a more intentional way of living — a place that supports both people and the planet, where our community can gather, learn, and grow.

The dust has settled. The hard work is done. The vision has come to life.

We're here, and we're ready to welcome you in.

The Impact

Small changes add up. Refilling everyday items helps reduce plastic waste while making low-tox living feel simple and approachable. Instead of constantly buying new bottles, you reuse what you already have. Over time, that shift cuts clutter, waste, and unnecessary spending — supporting a healthier, more intentional lifestyle.
